Video Submissions Rules and Instructions:

• Only .mpg, .mp4 and .mov file types are accepted. File name must follow this structure, using full name as you would have it appear on screen: firstname_lastname_city_synodvideo.mp4 (or .mov or .mpg).
• Only videos provided through Vimeo (with downloading enabled) and cloud storage services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, WeTransfer, etc., will be considered for inclusion in The Francis Impact forum. Videos on YouTube are not considered for this program. Ensure all links are not password protected and are direct links to the video download.
• Record yourself on high quality camera with minimal background noise. Smart phone HD cameras are acceptable.
• Keep recordings under two minutes.  
• State your first and last name and location at the beginning of your video.
• By submitting your video to Salt and Light through its online forms, you are granting Salt and Light the option to use of any or all of the video submitted, free of any charge, conditions of use, payment or obligation to you, anywhere on Salt and Light’s websites or TV channels.
